At Mahone’s Wallpaper Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return unopened rolls within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your wallpaper rolls are unopened, in their original shrink-wrap, and within the 30-day return window; please note that samples and custom orders are final sale.

• 2.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the specific warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box before shipping via your preferred carrier with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
